Rooms


INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS:  Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling: (800) 753-3954 by no later than 5:00 PM on the 10th of June.You must identify youself as a member of the Baron Reunion Group. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

A Resort amenity pass is included in the room rate, which includes daily use of beach chairs and umbrellas, pool and beach towels, use of Eagle Fitness Center (located 1 1/2 blocks north of hotel), ping pong and beach volleyball, unlimited use of bicycles, 10% off all water sport activities, unlimited use of the Papaya Cyber Center with high-speed internet access, unlimited local and long distance phone access, and in-coming and out-going faxes. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 11%).


Itinerary

(All the events will take place at the Hilton.)

Thursday July 7th:

4pm - Hotel Check in.

5pm-9pm - Reunion Registration and Reception at the Hospitality suite (bring snacks and beverages to share) Bitburger beer will be provided.

Friday July 8th:

Day     -   Do as you please.

Night   -     Kai Lani Catamaran Sail. Please notify Terry (Brisco) Williams (Wllmsterry@aol.com) to make reservations, so that we may obtain the best group rate.

Saturday July 9th:

Day  - Do as you please.

6:30 - 10:30pm - Baron Dinner Banquet

Sunday July 10th:

9am - Breakfast buffet gathering in hotel restaurant 

11am - Checkout.

NOTE: Breakfast Buffet is available each morning in the restaurant at the cost of $11.95. The buffet is complete with hot foods, cold foods, omelets and waffle station, breads, pastries, bagels, fruits, yogurts, and cereals. Reflections Restaurants breakfast buffet times are 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM


REGISTRATION FEE, BANQUET COST AND FORM:

*Alumni $30.00

**Other $15.00 (Other = spouse, guest, & children 16 and above. No fee for children 15 and younger.)

***Banquet $52.15 per person

***The dinner buffet cost for the event on Saturday of $52.15 includes 19% gratuity charge and 7% tax.

*Registration fee goes towards the Hospitality Suite, Banquet DJ, Banquet Bartender, registration supplies, and decorations.

There are no meal charges for children 3 and under. Children 4-10 are half off all meal costs.

Please complete the included registration form and return with registration fees AND banquet meal costs BEFORE  July 1, 2005. Mail all forms and payments to: Lori Smith/Carhuff 644 Birkdale Circle, Niceville, FL 32578. If for some reason you cannot print out the registration form, please notify Lori at f15pnut@cox.net with your physical address and she will mail one out to you. Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be attending and pass this info on to any other Alumni you are in contact with.
